Job analyses are a critical part of an effective, targeted training curriculum.  Unfortunately, conventional forms of job analysis—one-on-one interviewing, data collection sheets, surveys, observation, procedural analysis, and multi-day focus group sessions with subject matter experts—are expensive and time-consuming. Intrepid’s experts have developed a better way.  Our Job Analysis at the Speed of Reality (JASR) methodology allows completion of a validated task list in just two to three hours per job position.
