Case Study: Compliance

The Challenge

Compliance with Department of Transportation Hazardous Material Safety regulations is serious business. Our Southeast, US based client had a number of employees who needed to be trained or recertified on short notice to avoid non-compliance.  No qualified instructors were locally available.

The Solution

Within days, Intrepid had a world-class Department of Transportation certified instructor on-site.  Over the next ten days, the Intrepid instructor taught classes to get employees in compliance in the requested areas.  In addition, the Intrepid expert identified other compliance gaps and stayed on to get the client in compliance
